Am a rapid cycle bipolar I would really like to get off this bad meds and go back on my nutrition program but I need some guidelines on how much I need to take I have done research and I some what I know what I need Dr Miller from Ord years ago gave me some ideas Am so tired of being suck on these meds they are making me worse than better
