Dear Dr. Le Paul,

We are writing to you with an offer to sublease an office within your facility. We hope you will take a minute to read about us. We have a growing opportunity in the Goldsboro community.

Our small company has been in business for over 10 years doing physicals in several states such as Virginia and North Carolina. We typically sublease office space from other doctors such as chiropractors and podiatrists.

We need one exam room and a waiting room. We anticipate doing exams 1-3 days per month. Most of our exams are done on Saturdays but weekdays can be good too. Our doctors bring their own equipment and we take good care of the offices. We normally pay $100 rent for the day. We carry malpractice on our doctors. We have a business liability policy.

We provide an assistant to work with our doctors, but if one of your staff is interested in working on a Saturday, we always welcome that arrangement. We pay $10/hour. This position involves checking patients in, obtaining a list of medications, getting height and weight. There is minimal paperwork and no phones or computers are used.
